Cancellation and refunds

Before you pay

The first lesson is a free trial. We suggest taking it before subscribing, so that you and the student decide before any money changes hands.

Cancelling

A subscription is monthly and does not renew by itself; if you do not pay for the next month, nothing continues and nothing is taken.

To cancel a subscription already running, write to the academy using the details at the end of this page.

What is refunded

Paid lessons that have not been given are replaced with other lessons, or refunded if you prefer.

Lessons the student has already attended are not refunded.

If the academy cancels a lesson and no replacement time is agreed, it is refunded in full.

How a refund reaches you

A refund is sent by the same method it was paid with, to the same account.

Write to the academy to start a refund, and we will tell you the amount and the expected time before it is carried out.
